Our visit to the Bank of Ireland was nothing short of amazing. From the minute you walk in to their newly renovated “modernized” office you can tell that this bank is doing something right. By providing a new spin to retail banking the Bank or Ireland is a rising commercial bank that is growing to new heights as a company.

One could say that their new business model could be the major cause for their recent success. By providing an open, friendly, and welcoming environment they can win over the competition and corner the Irish banking market. Not only do they offer a different culture than other popular banks, but they’re also following the curve when it comes to technology and self-service. Newly formulated user-friendly apps and self-serve stations have been installed into the banks service—not to mention they currently have the most ATM locations in Ireland.

So as you can see, the Bank of Ireland is adapting to the modern times and following the satisfaction of the customer. Customer service is the main priority when it comes to their business—hence the appropriate changes which will attribute to their future of success.
